I am deeply passionate about helping and supporting others when they feel stuck and need a new mindset or outlook shift in life. Motivated by my 15 + years of leadership experience combined with my personal health challenges, my mission is to help inspire, connect and support people with their life's passion and goals. As a mindset and leadership coach, I am able to take my coaching skills, tools and fundamentals combined with my life experiences as a sales leader, community contributor and cancer survivor to help shape and contribute to the lives of those I have the opportunity to partner with.
My life experience have taught me that true happiness and connection happens when people realize their fortunate present moments while focusing on making a positive change for the future. I offer this through my 15 + years of experience as a leader across 4 organizations to support those looking to navigate a change in their lives. With a background in technology, media and leadership development, my experience can shape a variety of conversations. My typical clients include professionals, aspiring leaders, individuals going through a life challenge and those looking to improve their self development, outlook and attitude in life (inner work).
My personal experiences as a cancer survivor and past caregiver have shown me perspective is everything, especially when it comes to realizing your potential while making the most of today. I have been told that my curiosity, calmness and ease of conversation helps create an environment of trust and connection with those I get to interact with. I firmly believe that I learn just as much as my clients do with every conversation and I leave every interaction better than before.
Currently I am also an executive coach and consultant with FranklinCovey, an organization focused on leadership, talent and culture development. Within my community, I proudly contribute as the co chair on the BC Cancer Patient Experience Council whose goal is to improve cancer experience between patients, care givers and care workers. I also volunteer my time with NextGenMen, an organization focused on helping men have healthy conversations about masculinity through youth programs and monthly talks (Circles). During my down time I can be found living in the moment with my wife Maggie, our two boys Caden and Liam and our furry baby Sam and Zoe in the River District in Vancouver BC.
